CCOCCI is seeking a Sales Associate to join our sales team in support of sales activities in the office. This is a full-time position, Monday through Frida.
DUTIES:
Sales
• Maintain key customer Line Sheets for e-mail and phone sales
• Prepare and conduct merchandising presentations utilizing line sheets and samples
• Follow-up with customers on pending orders and re-orders
• Order needs to be followed up from beginning to the end
• Communicate product updates/sales alerts to clients via e-mail and phone
Sample Coordination
• Ability to identify samples
• Eliminate sold out and discontinued styles on a regular basis
• Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2-4 years sales experience; fashion industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Detail oriented and proactive approach to sales
• Able to effectively communicate with supervisors, clients, and co-workers
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performance
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
PREFERENCES:
• Prior knowledge of fashion wholesales industry preferred
