Closed Captioning Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

- Deliver closed caption files for various pre-recorded materials including TV programs, educational content, DVD, feature films, promotional content, etc.

- Assign closed captioning tasks to captioners (freelancer or in-house)

- Verify closed caption files delivered by captioners

- Manage work/delivery schedule

- Liaise with clients

- Recruit and train new captioners

Requirements/Qualifications

- Familiarity with closed captioning tools such as MacCaption

- Vast knowledge of closed captioning regulations

- Grammar expert

- High attention to detail

- Multi-tasker

- Ability to perform under high time pressure

- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment

- Prefer who can speak Korean and Spanish
