*SHIPPING & HANDLING
We use USPS or Fedex depending on the weight and region. We prefer office address because there are more chances of delivery by Fedex which guarantees the delvery date and provides signature service. We can change the shipment with USPS Priority service which delivers on Saturay while Fedex is not be delivered on Saturday without any notice. Especially if you live in East Coast Area you may have more chances to be delivered by USPS.(if the package is 1~ 3 lb) If your mailing address is P.O box, APO, FPO, Hawaii, we will change shipment method from Fedex to USPS automatically. Tracking number will be informed you after we send your order package always, except APO and FPO.

STANDARD SHIPPING
MizBeauty.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $75 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $75, there is a delivery charge of $6.95
Otherwise, we charge S & H Cost as following :
Up to $39.99, charge of $4.85
$40.00~$59.99, charge of $5.95
$60.00~$74.99, charge of $6.95
Our standard shipping options are Fedex Ground and USPS Priority mail.

GLOBAL PRIORITY
(FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING) : Takes 3 ~ 5 business days for Canada & Mexico and 4 ~ 7 business days for all other countries outside of North America. Shipping & Handling charges are calculated by the weight of your order. Some countries might be excluded from this option. For Global shipping, email will be sent out with the actual shipping costs.

*SALES TAX
MizBeauty.com charges sales tax 8.25% on all purchases that to be shipped to the addresses located in California.

*PLEASE NOTE
Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you.

*RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
"We will accept all other items for return, but only if unused and within 15 days after delivery."
We hope you love everything you buy from MizBeauty.com. But if you decide to return, you may return Skincare / Function / some Colortone (foundation and makeupbase) for a full refund or exchange. Colortone products including lipstick, twincake, eyeliners, eyebrow pencil, lip liner can only be returned if not used. All return inquries must be made within 15 days of receiving the package.
